I came to Santa Barbara to attend UCSB. After receiving my B.A., my first profession was teaching elementary school. Later, with children at home, I choose to start a home business and work part time in retail management. I quickly realized how much easier it was to run my business when the books were accurate, well organized, and up to date. While seeking to hone my bookkeeping and QuickBooks skills, I attended several college accounting courses and discovered that I loved accounting!
